GENERAL INFORMATION about Spotters Day at GALILEO SAR MEET 2025, Czech republic

• Place: Prague - Kbely AFB
• Date: 5th or 6th August 2025 (depending on weather forecast, confirmed a week prior the event) from 11:00 to 16:00 LOC
• Confirmed crews: 
  • Belgian NH-90
  • German NH-90, SeaLynx and EC-145
  • Spanish NH-90
  • Lithuanian AS365N3+
  • Slovakian Mi-17 and UH-60M
  • Norwegian AW-101 
  • Czech Mi-17, Mi-171 and W-3A 
  • Austrian C-182 (fixed wing)

• Event will offer arrivals of competitors from navigation challenge, precision landing and hoisting challenge of which you will be able to take close-up photos and videos
• Additional program and supporting events are being planned

• Entrance to the event is subjected to sending a registration form and paying the Spotters package fee after registration approval. 
• Spotters package registration includes parking (subject to availability), snack and water and an official Galileo SAR meet patch with brochure!
• Price is 20 EUR (paid via bank transfer)

Approval of the application is subject to even capacity and safety regulations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The entire airport is strictly a NO DRONE AREA. All drones or similar flying devices are prohibited, no exceptions.

Weapons and alcoholic beverages are also prohibited.
